Position: Event Coordinator job
About: CAMP Systems, the leading provider of aircraft compliance and health management services to the global business aviation industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join their team. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning and managing trade shows, conferences, and other corporate events, ensuring smooth execution and success. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Meeting and Event Planning, Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or related field; 1-3 years’ experience in event planning and coordination in a corporate setting; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, negotiating expertise, and multitasking capabilities; knowledge of digital event promotion tools such as social media channels is a plus; virtual meeting planning experience preferred; adaptability to changing environments and deadlines
