Position: Event Coordinator job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; excellent attention to detail and strategic planning ability; effective communicator with experience in travel logistics, calendar management, and event planning; willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook; problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; valid driver’s license and comfort with travel along the East Coast; experience in food, music, sports, or festival events is a plus
