Position: Event Coordinator job
About: SHACK15 is a social club located in the heart of San Francisco, dedicated to serving the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers. They provide a landing pad for individuals accessing Silicon Valley and offer private events that align with their brand values and members’ expectations. Occupying 51,000 sq ft on the third floor of the Ferry Building, SHACK15 offers a members-only lounge, a cafe, bar, restaurant, and a dedicated workspace.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in event coordination at five-star hotels or high-end venues; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
