Position: Event Coordinator job

About: At Main Event Entertainment, our Event Coordinators help Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences, creating a vision of FUN. They partner with Guests to deliver tailored and safe experiences. Daily tasks include upholding cleanliness standards, engaging with Guests, selling event packages, coordinating events, inputting sales revenue and guest information, exceeding sales targets, prospecting, and engaging in marketing initiatives. The position requires prior food & beverage or retail experience, guest-focused mindset, teamwork skills, relationship building ability, proficiency in software, effective communication, and flexibility to work various shifts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus; guest-focused mindset; teamwork skills; relationship building ability; proficiency in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM; effective communication with various stakeholders; flexibility to work various shifts
