Position: Event Coordinator job
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Event Coordinator at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a premier facility with four major venues, including NRG Center, NRG Stadium, NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena. The Event Coordinator will coordinate all event preparation and performance aspects related to the facility.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two (2) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Possess knowledge of facility management principles, building operations, and safety requirements; Coordinate and satisfy requirements of multiple events simultaneously; Work independently under pressure and exercise judgment; Good written, verbal, and computer skills; Ability to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays; CAD and Adobe Illustrator experience preferred; Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
