Position: Event Coordinator job
About: JET The Agency is a premier event production and exhibit trade show company headquartered in Las Vegas, specializing in custom trade show booths, event and trade show furniture rentals, experiential activations, and fabricated structures. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional event experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of events management experience preferred; 1 year of customer service experience preferred; excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and speaking; trade show and marketing background a plus; ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments independently; excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; ability to work with little supervision
