Position: Event Coordinator job
About: The Event Coordinator position provides support and assistance for Event Managers in planning and executing events at a hotel. The role involves preparing event documentation for customers and coordinating its distribution to various hotel departments. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with PMS and Delphi is a plus; ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally with assistance; strong knowledge of Excel and Word; effective communication and problem-solving skills
