Position: Event Coordinator job
About: SHACK15 is a social club in the heart of San Francisco, dedicated to serving the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers. The club offers private events aligned with brand values and members’ expectations. Occupying 51,000 sq ft on the third floor of the iconic Ferry Building, SHACK15 provides a members-only lounge, a cafe, bar, restaurant with award-winning Nordic chefs, and a dedicated workspace for professional collaboration and networking opportunities.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in event coordination at five-star hotels or high-end venues; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; experience with event management software and CRM systems is a plus; knowledge of food and beverage coordination, BEO creation, and A/V setup; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events; passion for hospitality, networking, and creating memorable experiences
