Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Our client, a well-established company, is seeking Event Coordinators for a remote position. Both experienced and entry-level candidates will be considered. Responsibilities include booking venues, caterers, and scheduling speakers, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating with vendors, managing events, evaluating event success, processing invoices, ensuring contract compliance, and handling additional duties as needed. Required qualifications include prior experience in meeting coordination, customer service, or administrative support, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Communications, or Public Relations (preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and problem-solving ability.
