Position: Event Coordinator job
About: At Main Event Entertainment, our Event Coordinators assist guests in planning memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of fun and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. They work closely with guests to tailor experiences based on their needs and uphold cleanliness and safety standards daily, welcoming and engaging with all guests as ambassadors of fun.
Requirements: Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus; guest-focused mindset; teamwork is a must; proficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM; effective communication with management, team members, and guests; availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends and holidays
