Position: Event Coordinator job

About: Join our vibrant team at our Sun Health Foundation Administration Offices in Surprise, AZ, as an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will plan and execute an annual events strategy to support Sun Health’s mission to champion superior health and wellbeing through philanthropy, inspired living, and wellness programs. Events may include Dinner Fundraiser (200), Top Golf friendraiser (200), three signature community education events (150 each), and several lecture series offered for in-person, hybrid, and virtual attendance (10 – 85). In addition, the organization is planning a fall conference which will require participation from this position.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, related field or three years of experience in a similar position; a minimum of 4 years’ experience in coordinating, developing, and implementing special events; experience with nonprofit events is preferred; additional related education and/or experience preferred; current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required; ability to travel in own vehicle, current Driver’s license and auto insurance is required
