Position: Event Coordinator job

About: Salumeria 104 Group and Casalina restaurant are seeking a team member to work as an Event/Banquet Sales Coordinator. This team member plays a vital role in the sales team and handles all inquiries related to the banquet and special event spaces. Salumeria 104 Group and Casalina restaurant are part of a growing company with several successful restaurants in Florida, aiming for further expansion.

Requirements: 5 years previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management is required; Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members; Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously; Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events; A passion for food and an understanding of restaurant operations; Creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges during events; Familiarity with Tripleseat highly preferred; Multi-Unit experience with a proven track record of at least $500k+ a year in events revenue generated across the board and in a different market share.
