Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of event planning/coordination or event management experience; excellent organizational skills; exceptional attention to detail; ability to negotiate effectively; strong customer satisfaction focus; effective communication skills; experience working in cross-functional teams; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to handle ambiguous situations and achieve desired goals
