Position: Event Coordinator job

Committed to enhancing the accessibility and inclusivity of sports, RCX Sports partners with premier sports brands, professional leagues, and businesses to equip local youth sports leagues with resources for success.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required; Available to work on weekends or travel based on event dates; Working knowledge and prior background in events operations preferred; Former experience as a college athlete or coach preferred; Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships; Ability to think critically under pressure with strong organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and G-Suite; Passion for youth sports and collaborative team work
