About: At Main Event Entertainment, our Event Coordinators assist guests in planning memorable birthday and event experiences, emphasizing a vision of fun while prioritizing safety and sanitation standards. The role involves creating tailored experiences based on guest needs and upholding the highest service standards in a dynamic and engaging environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus; guest-focused mindset; strong teamwork and relationship-building skills; proficiency in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM; effective communication with management, team members, and guests; availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
