Requirements: Degree or experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field; strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities; proficient in event/project management software and Google Suite; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work on weekends and longer hours when necessary
