About: Affinity Nightlife is an event, casting, and promotions company based in Los Angeles, with 15 years of experience producing nightlife events. They organize gatherings ranging from intimate events to large functions with 2,000+ guests and have strong relationships with top venues in LA.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; Event Planning and Event Management skills; Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities; Sales experience, including a high number of phone calls; Organizational and multitasking skills; Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; Knowledge of the Los Angeles nightlife scene; Experience with event promotions and casting is a plus
