Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; 2+ years of experience coordinating events in a corporate or business networking context; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment; creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic situations; familiarity with Los Angeles venues and event service providers; availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events; ability to travel within Los Angeles and surrounding areas up to 50%.
