Requirements: A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the aerospace or related industry; Regular domestic and international travel required; Strong negotiation skills and experience working with vendors and suppliers; Fluency in English required, proficiency in French is a bonus; Understanding of the U.S. aerospace industry, including key players, trends, and regulations; Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills; Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
