About: SalesBizLab is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing events within deadlines and budget, overseeing venue selection, logistics, catering, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred; proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role with a successful event portfolio; excellent organizational and multitasking skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
