Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail and customer service experience required; experience working with children and organizing events; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with clients and team members; energetic and enthusiastic personality; must be able to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work varied hours including nights and weekends; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
