Position: Event Coordinator job
About: The Raising Cane’s River Center, operated by ASM GLOBAL, is currently seeking a detail-oriented individual for an open position in Baton Rouge, LA. This position involves coordinating client needs with building staff to ensure the proper setup and smooth operation of events at the center.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Two (2) to three (3) years related experience and/or training in event coordination or meeting planning; Customer/Guest service experience; Ability to work independently and exercise judgment with minimal supervision; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and computer software; Physical ability to stand/walk for the duration of shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
