Position: Event Coordinator job
About: The Associate Development Center is a state-of-the-art training and conference center located in downtown St. Louis, dedicated to hosting various corporate events and meetings. The Events and Program Operations Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations, coordinating events, workshops, and facility maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in end-to-end conference and/or large-scale meeting management in a business environment required; Experience in food and beverage with catering emphasis required; Experience with computer-based technologies for tracking schedules (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Meeting Request System) required; Current certification in CMP, CMM, and/or CSEP- Certified Special Events Professional and/or CTSM preferred; Experience with accommodating the needs of multicultural audiences preferred
