Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Modern Moments Venue, located in the heart of Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join their team. The venue hosts various events including weddings, corporate events, and life celebrations, providing a first-class experience to all customers. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Manager, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution within budget constraints.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive experience in event management and customer service; strong organizational and budget management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
