Position: Event Coordinator job

This role involves managing everything from planning to execution, collaborating closely with vendors to ensure seamless events for clients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (earned or in progress), preferably in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven event experience with a minimum of 2 years in event planning, including full-service event management, logistics, and supplier coordination; Proficiency in Cvent, ClickUp, and Google Suite; Strong background in professional client communication, ideally with experience in balancing multiple clients or vendors; Experience working remotely or with a dispersed team and maintaining communication in a virtual environment; Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities, especially under tight deadlines and during live events; Must be based in Texas and legally authorized to work in the US
