Position: Event Coordinator job

About: Reporting to the Executive Director of University Events, the Event Coordinator is responsible for providing event scheduling and planning assistance to the university. Collaboration with multiple offices and organizations on campus will be required. The position will require working some evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience; 3 years of events or event planning experience, preferred; Working knowledge of EMS is a plus; Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently; Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
