Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Yale School of Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Coordinator to provide high-level support for Evans Hall programs and events, serving as the main point of contact for event logistics and coordination. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating event setups, and ensuring the successful execution of all events at the School of Management.
Requirements: Six years of related work experience, four of them at the next lower level in the same job family, and high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate’s degree; or little to no work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of demonstrated experience and education. Proven excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products. Excellent proofreading, editing, and writing skills for drafting material. Superior interpersonal skills and welcoming manner. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Ability to solve problems, take initiative, anticipate actions, and work effectively in a team.
