Requirements: On-Site Event Coordinator is an extension to the sales team. Assist with and oversee banquet & catering tasks.; Place calls to Guests and accurately account for all information provided, including confirming event details.; Perform additional duties that ensure all aspects of service from planning to execution of events. Ability to deliver on expectations and ensure Guest satisfaction.; Set up guest site visits and tastings, schedule and interact with guests, and assist with planning hosted events.; Must have the ability to multi-task.
