Position: Event Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Requirements: College degree preferred (or equivalent experience); 8+ years of administrative experience demonstrating proficiency and timely completion of responsibilities; 5+ years of experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment; demonstrate resourcefulness with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative; possess excellent communication skills with professionalism in verbal and written communications at all levels of the organization; use appropriate discretion and confidentiality in managing information
