Position: Event Coordinator (contract)

Requirements: Minimum of three years of progressive experience in event and meeting planning, preferably within a professional services firm; Proficient with strategic meeting management tools (such as Cvent) and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to work independently and as part of project teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
