Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; minimum of 1 year of customer service and industry experience; effective communication skills; high level of organization and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize; customer-focused with a problem-solving approach; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
