Position: Event Coordinator – City Cruises Baltimore
About: City Experiences, a company with a rich heritage spanning nearly 100 years and operating in over 111 countries and 125 U.S. cities, is currently seeking an Event Coordinator for its Baltimore, MD operation. This role will involve ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and expanding knowledge in sales, hospitality, and event management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the work of the position OR equivalent experience; minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience; minimum of 1 year related industry experience; ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form; maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail; handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously; focus on customer needs and meet deadlines; establish and maintain effective working relationships; proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
