Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Recreation Tourism, Facility Management, Communication, Business Management, or related field with 2 years of experience in event management in a stadium, arena, convention center, public assembly facility, or parks and recreation setting; North Carolina Fire Marshal Crowd Manager certification within 30 days of hire; CPR certification within 3 months of hire date; valid North Carolina Driver’s License; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and handle multiple responsibilities; excellent communication skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
