Position: Event Content Planner

The Event Team, a core business unit of LF, manages 150+ global events annually, catering to audiences ranging from 50 to 20,000+ attendees through in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of experience in event content management with a focus on technical production, virtual platforms, and event apps; proficiency in Google Workspace, WordPress, Adobe products, Sessionize, Asana, Sched.com, and Cvent; exceptional communication skills with attention to detail; proven ability to build positive relationships with geographically dispersed stakeholders; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering under pressure; self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities; ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 12 times per year; ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift/move up to 40 lbs.
