Position: Event Banquet Coordinator
About: We are seeking an experienced Event Banquet Coordinator to oversee our banquet operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of banquets, including scheduling, staffing, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet management; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to lead and manage a team effectively; knowledge of food and beverage service, banquet setup, and audiovisual equipment; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
