Position: Event Attendee Registration Coordinator (Cvent knowledge required)

About: The Attendee Experience Coordinator will work closely with the Event Experience Manager to understand the program goals and objectives and provide strong registration support. The coordinator focuses on attendee management, reporting, and client needs in compliance with corporate and pharmaceutical guidelines. The role involves managing hotel accommodations, maintaining meeting databases, providing timely reports, ensuring quality control processes, assisting with onsite preparation, and offering technical support on virtual events.

Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience; minimum 1-3 years of experience in the meetings industry; knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options; proven excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously; experience with database management programs (Cvent or RainFocus preferred); proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including mail merges, agenda creation, tables, formatting, and formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, if/then); willing to travel domestically and internationally
