Position: Event Attendee Registration Coordinator (Cvent knowledge required)
About: The Attendee Experience Coordinator position is with M&IW, a global event management firm specializing in virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences, offering consulting and enterprise strategies. Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience; Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the meetings industry; Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options; Proven excellent oral and written communication skills; Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously; Experience with database management programs (Cvent or RainFocus preferred); Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word, and PowerPoint) including mail merges, agenda creation, tables, formatting, utilizing formulas for efficiency
