Position: Event Assistant

Known for their creativity, attention to detail, and passion for client satisfaction, MPD Events is seeking a skilled Event & Administrative Assistant to support their team in delivering exceptional events.

Requirements: At least 2 years in event planning, administrative support, or related roles; Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory); Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or event planning software is a plus; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and client service; Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization abilities to manage multiple events and tight timelines; Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel to various event locations as required; Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude with a strong passion for the events industry; Must have your own reliable transportation. All mileage reimbursed.
