Position: Event & Appointment Coordinator
About: Singer Wealth Advisors in Boca Raton & West Palm, Florida is seeking a creative and strategy-driven Event & Appointment Coordinator with a passion for marketing and event coordination. The coordinator will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline through comprehensive marketing strategies and appointment setting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; The desire to work long-term in the marketing department in the financial industry; 2+ years of experience in a marketing/event/administrative role; Industry knowledge/experience preferred; Proven record of engaging prospects/clients; Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly; Experience with a CRM for documentation of calls, follow-up, activities, & calendaring
