About: The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Event and Social Media Coordinator, UNLV University Libraries. The Events and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for event planning, operations, logistics, and vendor relations as well as executing the University Libraries’ social media strategy through storytelling and content creation.
Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; Competence and sensitivity in working with diverse individuals; 1 to 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields; Knowledge of multimedia editing tools and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok; Demonstrated copywriting and editing skills; Strong communication and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
