Position: Event and Site Setup Crew Member
About: AREA15 is seeking a reliable and motivated Site Experience Associate 1 to join their warehouse operations team in supporting events and festivals. The role involves efficiently pulling, packing, delivering, and setting up equipment and materials, as well as maintaining inventory for various events. The Site Experience Associate is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of on-site setups and teardowns, reporting to the Warehouse Crew Chief, Site Experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience in festival, event production, warehouse work, logistics, theater set/prop, or concert tour sets/strikes preferred; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; ability to read and interpret event setup plans and layouts; ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, or willingness to learn; ability to use hand tools and basic power tools; knowledge of basic stages, truss, seating, and exterior and interior site operations; physically capable of constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 75lbs; excellent communication and teamwork skills; availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in environment with noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke; withstand high temperatures and sun exposure
