Position: Event and Administrative Coordinator
About: The Arts & Humanities Division at Harvard University is seeking an Event and Administrative Coordinator to support departments and centers within the division. This role involves blending financial, curricular, and administrative responsibilities with event planning to ensure seamless operation and success of various departmental activities, including managing Concur for faculty support.
Requirements: Three or more years of related experience; Education beyond high school may count toward experience; Appropriate communication skills; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion; Competency in using computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Open Scholar, and Google; Detail-oriented and able to establish priorities within time constraints; Physical requirements are expected.
