Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking and decorating cookies preferred; strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills; attention to detail in quality inspections; basic math and computer skills; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays; ability to work in a hot, hectic environment and lift heavy items for extended periods
