Position: ETL Data Warehouse Lead/Manager
About: Swoon is actively seeking an ETL Data Warehouse Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity for leads looking to transition into a managerial position. The manager will be responsible for overseeing ETL processes, managing a team of technologies, orchestrating ETL jobs for the Redshift Enterprise Data Warehouse, and handling customer requests for warehouse additions and enrichments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required; 5+ years of experience in data warehousing; 2+ years of managerial experience or leading, coaching, training junior engineers; Experience implementing and supporting ETL jobs, including data ingestion, copy, enrichment, and scheduling on enterprise scales; Moving data using Snap Logic; Familiarity with data integrations – Table copy, API, FTP, pub/sub; Experience in AWS and RedShift – Administering security in a relational database; A proven leader who has led a table of database professionals, understanding each team member’s strengths and weaknesses
