Position: Estimator – Commercial Construction

Requirements: 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects; 5+ years in the commercial construction industry (field experience a big plus); Confident across all scopes of work, from concrete to finishes; Skilled with computer take-off software and Microsoft Office tools; Strong communicator and team player who’s comfortable leading and collaborating; Familiarity with local subcontractor markets is a bonus; Proficiency estimating from conceptual design through hard bid
