Position: Estimator – Commercial Construction
About: At Mappco Construction, a commercial construction company based in Northern Colorado, we combine the capabilities of a commercial General Contractor with the personal attention of a Construction Manager. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects; 5+ years in the commercial construction industry (field experience a big plus); confident across all scopes of work, from concrete to finishes; skilled with computer take-off software and Microsoft Office tools; strong communicator and team player; familiarity with local subcontractor markets is a bonus; proficiency estimating from conceptual design through hard bid
