Position: Estimator
About: The Estimator is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. They accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and play a crucial role in achieving the repair facility’s KPIs.
Requirements: Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines; High School Diploma or equivalent; Awareness of where to look for answers; Basic Computer Skills; Minimum of 1-year experience with DRPs; Completion of I-CAR Training; Valid Driver’s License
