Position: Estates Front Desk Agent/Receptionist
About: We are a luxury condominium committed to investing in our people to develop a happy and prosperous future. Our front desk agent plays a crucial role in handling all front of the house duties at our main entrance, serving as the ‘face’ of the establishment for residents and visitors.
Requirements: High school graduate; Criminal-free record; Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal; Provide legible communication and directions; Computer literate; Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; Prioritize, organize, and follow up; Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; Follow directions thoroughly; Understand visitor and resident service needs; Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; Work with minimal supervision; Maintain confidentiality of resident and departmental information and pertinent resort data; Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
