Position: Escrow Assistant
About: Golden Dog Title is seeking an Escrow Assistant for the Franklin, TN branch. This role will work directly with Escrow Officers to oversee all administrative activities required to close real estate builder transactions serving our parent company, Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NASDAQ: DFH).
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; One year assistant or administrative support experience, preferably in Escrow; Excellent customer service, communication and people skills; Highly organized and detail oriented; Ability to handle competing deadlines and prioritize daily tasks with minimal supervision
