Position: Environmental Technician
About: WK Medical Center – 1, a healthcare facility, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their Environmental Services-Housekeeping team. The role involves daily cleaning and supplying patient rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, laboratories, bathrooms, offices, and other assigned areas following standard procedures to maintain the facility’s cleanliness and meet objectives.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to use cleaning devices such as 16 oz. wet mops, small wringers, dusters, household vacuum cleaners, and other tools; pass pre-employment and annual physical examination; demonstrate proper use of chemicals, supplies, and tools after training; previous environmental experience preferred; knowledge of chemical hazards outlined in the Department’s Written Hazard Communication Program
